• Maintain valid licenses and approvals for the services and treatments promoted.

4. Intellectual Property

All site content, branding, and original work produced by Medillium Solutions remain our intellectual property until full payment is received, after which agreed deliverables are transferred to the client per the engagement agreement.

5. No Guarantee of Results

While we apply best practices and proven strategies, marketing outcomes depend on many variables. We do not guarantee specific results, rankings, leads, or revenue figures.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable UAE law, Medillium Solutions shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website or services.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the UAE.
